Steve Banks is an amazing person! He went above and beyond to help sell our house. He was knowledgeable and kind when helping through the negotiations. Steve puts in the work to get things done quickly and smoothly. I highly recommend Steve Banks if you are selling or buying a home!

Steve Banks is the person you WANT to help you sell and/or find a house. When my husband and I thought we were ready to sell and buy a new home, Steve sat down with us and went over all the questions we had. He listened to what our needs were in both selling and buying, and knew exactly how to help us move forward. Not only is Steve a wealth of knowledge, but he has connections that helped us. This includes a repair man to help get our house ready to put on the market, and he introduced us to a lender who was able to get us pre-approved quickly. Not everything about our sale was easy, but Steve was right there with a smile and a solution. He always made us feel like his priority. Not only did I recommend Steve to my neighbors who sold their house, but I recommend Steve to YOU!
